The CMS module includes support for Project based assessments for any standard or regulation impacting existing or new product introductions. Users can complete input questionnaires to automatically assign appropriate standards for review and assign responsibilities for checklist / deliverable completion. Test plans and other documents are assigned expiration dates for renewal tracking.
- Create projects for products in their area (e.g. site/BU). The system will restrict access to projects based on data security and will allow administrators to control which projects are sensitive or highly confidential
- A Standards Library template is provided for administrators to upload their list of standards, sub-standards and regulations into the tool. The template includes the same options form the input questionnaire and facilitates the automatic selection of regulations for a given project
- An outbound DoC can be generated for a project that list the project and product details, applicable standards and regulations and effective date
- Verdicts and reports can be built to aggregate compliance by region to show users whether a product can be shipped to a region based on completeness of a checklist or set of deliverables
