2020 Chemicals Data Reporting Deadline Extended

This submission period extension is in response to stakeholder requests for additional time due to technical issues with the electronic reporting tool.
The CDR rule requires manufacturers and importers to report data on chemical manufacturing, processing, and use every four years. This information helps EPA understand exposure to these chemicals and screen and prioritize chemicals to identify and evaluate potential human health and environmental effects.
