Greece consults on changes to Waste Law

The law would transpose EU Directive 2018/851 of 30 May 2018 amending Directive 2008/98/EC on waste and EU Directive 2018/852 of 30 May 2018 amending Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste into Greek legislation. The law implements a range measures to protect the environment and human health and enable the transition to a circular economy.
The consultation will run until 04 December 2020.
