New chemicals added to Proposition 65 List

Gentian violet (Crystal violet) CAS 548-62-9 and N-Nitrosohexamethyleneimine CAS 932-83-2 were added to the list on 23 November 2018 due to their carcinogenic properties.
Businesses are required to provide a clear and reasonable warning before knowingly and intentionally exposing anyone to Prop65 listed chemicals one year after being added to the list.
