REACH enforcement to target consumer articles in 2022

Inspectors will check compliance with restrictions and communication obligations under the REACH and POPs Regulations. Specific substances to be covered by these checks will be decided in 2021 and could include phthalates or PFOS.
Inspections will be conducted in 2022 and the report expected at the end of 2023.
