New substances added on 10 November 2017 are:
Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) 1763-23-1
Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) 335-67-1
Businesses are required to provide a clear and reasonable warning before knowingly and intentionally exposing anyone to these chemicals one year after being added to the list.
